To enter Fort Myer, if you are NOT military/DoD-affiliated personnel or a Common Access Card (CAC) holder:

There are four options for entry:

OPTION 1:  Enter any gate at any time (24/7) as a passenger in a vehicle operated by military/DoD affiliated personnel. You must bring a valid driver’s license or state issued I.D.; no application form is needed (Note: This option is subject to change depending on the security level).

OPTION 2:  Enter through the Hatfield Gate (directions below) at any time (24/7) after obtaining a pass via email by registering online at least 4 business days before the event at https://pass.aie.army.mil/jbmhh  (Select the option for "Apply for Visitor Pass" and enter the requested information).  If the online process is not available, use Option 3 below.

OPTION 3: Enter through the Hatfield Gate at any time (24/7) to obtain a one-day pass on site.   You will be directed to complete a "REQUEST FOR ACCESS" form (available at https://www.usarmyband.com/pdf/Myer_Access_Visitor_2018.pdf). We recommend you download, print and complete the form in advance (if convenient) to save you time at the gate/security office.

Options 1 through 3 are  recommended for persons (such as our speakers or their guests) who plan to come to only one or a limited number of meetings.

OPTION 4:  Enter through the Hatfield Gate at any time (24/7) with an Automated Installation Entry (AIE) pass. To obtain an AIE pass, you must:
